The right of withdrawal

• In accordance with the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827). The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
• The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days (terms of the online store) from the day on which the Buyer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of a contract obliging the Online Store to transfer ownership of items delivered in batches or in parts - the deadline to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which the Buyer came into possession of the last batch or part or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer came into possession of the last batch or piece.
• To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Buyer must inform AJ Group Sp. z o.o. the owner of the online store about his decision and then we will send you courier label to send products back. In the event of submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement via e-mail, the Online Store will immediately confirm to the Buyer the receipt of such a declaration on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail to the Buyer's address).
• The buyer may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. 
• In order to meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract (the date of sending the Buyer's statement, not its receipt by the Online Store).
• In the event of withdrawal from the contract, AJ Group Sp. z o.o. returns to the Buyer received payments for the goods, less the cost of delivery. Within 14 days from the date of return to the store's warehouse. The reimbursement will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Buyer in the original transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to a different solution; in any case, the Buyer shall not bear any fees in connection with this return, except for the costs of returning the goods, from which the Buyer withdrew, to the Online Store.
• AJ Group Sp. z o.o. may withhold the reimbursement until receipt of the items.
• The buyer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods (goods) in the event of withdrawal from the contract.
• The buyer is liable only for the decrease in the value of the item as a result of using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
